Introduction
Chick-fil-A offers the Community Scholars Program to support students who intend to continue their education at the college, vocational, or graduate level. The 2026 scholarship cycle will accept applications from August 19, 2025 through October 28, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. Central Time. Thank you for your interest.

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Chick-fil-A Community Scholars Program, applicants must meet all of the following:

- Be at least 18 years old on or before July 15, 2026.
- Live in the United States, Puerto Rico, or Canada at the time of application and when the award is made.
- Be one of the following at the time of application:
- A high school senior or student in a final year of secondary school, or
- An undergraduate student at a college or university, or
- A graduate student.
- Plan to enroll full-time in undergraduate or graduate study for the 2026–2027 academic year at an accredited two‑year or four‑year college/university, vocational‑technical school, or CEGEP.
- Demonstrate involvement in community service, extracurricular activities, and/or leadership during the 12 months prior to the application deadline (examples: volunteering with nonprofit organizations, mentoring/tutoring, assisting those in need, etc.).
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
- Be willing to take part in Chick-fil-A’s one‑year Scholars Program (mentoring, activities, and professional development) if selected.

Citizenship and Residency Notes
Applicants are not required to be U.S. or Canadian citizens or permanent residents. Individuals with Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status and international students enrolled at institutions in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or Canada are eligible to apply.

Awards
- Selected Community Scholars may receive awards of up to $25,000. Up to thirteen (13) awards will be made.
- Awards are intended for undergraduate or graduate study at any accredited college, university, vocational‑technical school, or CEGEP.
- Recipients will have the opportunity to participate in a one‑year leadership development program facilitated by Chick-fil-A, Inc., which includes mentoring and professional development.
- Each award is a one‑time grant; previous recipients are not eligible to reapply.
- Award funds may be disbursed over a period chosen by the recipient from one (1) to six (6) years. Any remaining funds not used within six (6) years of the award date will be forfeited.
- Payments are made in U.S. dollars (USD) and may be applied to education‑related expenses.

Required Application Materials
You must upload the following documents with your application:

1. Current, complete academic transcript(s). Unofficial or online copies are acceptable if they show the student’s name, the institution name, course grades and credit hours, and the term for each course.
2. A copy of the first two pages of your parents’ most recent IRS Form 1040 (or your own Form 1040 if you are not claimed as a dependent), or the first two pages of a T1 Canadian income tax return.
3. At least one online recommendation form submitted on your behalf no later than November 11, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. Central Time. You may list up to three (3) recommenders.
