Elizabeth Garde National Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by Danish Sisterhood of America
Overview
The Danish Sisterhood of America proudly administers a variety of scholarships and grants available to current Sisterhood members and their children, with no age restriction. These awards are funded by established endowments and memorial funds and are further supported by contributions from individual members, local lodges, and national districts. Membership dues are not used to finance these programs.
When the scholarship and grant funds were created, donors—many with close ties to the Sisterhood—specified eligibility conditions that the organization is legally obligated to follow. The long-term viability of the program depends on investment performance and continued donations; gifts from members and affiliates are essential and gratefully received.
